Grenada Carnival Committee
The Grenada Carnival Committee (GCC) is a sub committee of the Grenada Cultural Foundation (GCF). The Foundation is a statutory body created by an act of parliament.
The GCC is responsible for promoting and organizing Grenada's Carnival "Spicemas" and all official Spicemas events.
